Privacy Policy
v1.0 – 2026-08-06
Who we are
Mattsson Group AB is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We operate the From Me To You® platform.
Address: Skolgatan 21, 241 31 Eslöv, Sweden
Privacy contact: support@globalwisdomwriters.com
We are established in Sweden, and this policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You must be 18 or older
From Me To You® is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, purchase a program, or submit a Wisdom Letter.
We ask for your date of birth when you create an account and review accounts to confirm this. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, please contact us.
What we collect, and why
Your account
What: Your name, email address, password (stored encrypted by our membership provider), date of birth, membership level, which programs you have access to and when that access expires.
Why: To give you access to the platform and to the programs you have purchased.
Legal basis: Performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
Your purchases
What: Purchase and payment status, transaction records, invoice history. We do not store your full card details — these are handled directly by our payment provider.
Why: To process your purchase, unlock what you bought, and meet our bookkeeping obligations.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and compliance with a legal obligation under the Swedish Accounting Act (Article 6(1)(c)).
Your progress through a program
What: Which chapters you have opened and completed.
Why: To deliver each program in the sequence it is designed to be experienced, and to show you where you left off.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Your Wisdom Letter
This is the most sensitive information we handle, and we treat it separately.
What: The text of the letter you write, your name and location, the record of your consent, and whether you asked to remain anonymous.
A Wisdom Letter usually describes deeply personal experiences. It may reveal information about your health, your sexual life or orientation, your beliefs, or offences committed against you or by others. Under the GDPR this is a special category of personal data and is given stronger protection.
Why: To receive your letter, and — if you have agreed to it — to consider it for publication in the From Me To You® Book Collection.
Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which we ask for separately from any other terms.
Your control over this. Submitting a letter is entirely optional. It is not required to complete any program, and it does not affect your access to anything you have purchased. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If your letter has already been printed and distributed, we cannot recall those copies, but we will not include it in any future edition or reprint.
If your letter mentions other people. Please avoid including details that identify other individuals. We may edit or remove identifying details before publication.
What you write in your workbooks. The written exercises you complete in the downloadable action guides stay with you. They are not part of what you submit to us unless you choose to include them in your letter.
When you contact us
What: Your contact details and the content of your message.
Why: To answer your question and resolve the issue.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a functioning support service (Article 6(1)(f)).
Security and record-keeping
What: IP address, login and session data, browser and device information, and records of the consents you gave, including when you gave them.
Why: To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse, and be able to demonstrate what you agreed to.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in securing the service and meeting our accountability obligations (Article 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to function — to keep you logged in, to remember your session, and to keep the platform secure. These do not require your consent.
If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent before they are placed, and update this policy.

A note on support
Our programs are designed for personal growth and reflection. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
